Ironcastle Sports was founded by Shaun Pinnock and Gary Hyland, two industry professionals who share a passion for sport and a commitment to excellence. With over 25 years of combined experience in the sports industry, they built Ironcastle Sports on a foundation of knowledge, integrity, and a deep understanding of what athletes, clubs, and communities truly need.

Throughout their careers, Gary and Shaun have worked across multiple areas of the sports sector, gaining hands-on experience that shapes the way Ironcastle Sports operates today.
